Founder, CEO

Maura Crawford is the founder and CEO of Meridian Property Management and has over 34 years’ experience working in real estate and property management. She is responsible for strategic planning, fiscal operations, compliance, and business development .

In the late nineties, Maura and her husband started purchasing real estate, gradually building a substantial portfolio of single-family, multi-family and commercial properties. As their portfolio grew, Maura identified a crucial gap in the market: property management services tailored to the unique requirements of residential property owners and their tenants. With this vision in mind, Maura established Meridian Property Management in 2006. Under her leadership, the company has flourished, extending its services to over 98 property owners and managing more than 500 doors.

Fueled by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a visionary approach, Maura is dedicated to continuing the growth and expansion of Meridian Property Management and strives to manage every property the way she would want her own properties managed. Her ambition is not only to sustain the exceptional level of service that has become Meridian’s hallmark, but to also explore new opportunities that will further enhance the value offered to both property owners and tenants. 

Maura received a BA from Baylor University and a JD from Baylor School of Law. Before founding Meridian, Maura worked with Andrews & Kurth LLP in their commercial litigation and bankruptcy divisions. She enjoys time with her family, biking, walking her 3 energetic dogs, any mountain activity, pickleball and reading. She also loves to give back and is involved with her church as well as with organizations promoting education and literacy.

Managing Partner / Property Manager / Realtor

Carol is a dedicated and results driven professional with a passion for property management and a proven track record of success in the industry. With over 25 years of experience in various roles within the property management industry, Carol has honed her abilities in property management, building and maintaining ownership relationships, market/data analysis, and team leadership.

Throughout Carols career, she has held key positions with leading management companies where she has played a pivotal role in driving successful marketing/leasing campaigns.

Carol joined Meridian Property Management eight years ago. In the past eight years Carol has become a licensed realtor, dedicated property manager, and most currently become a partner with the company. Carol is highly regarded by her clients, owners, and professionals in the field. Carol is well-connected in the community and truly believes in giving back.

“Doors opened for me at various times in my life allowing me opportunities in my career that may not have otherwise been opened if someone wasn’t willing to take a chance on me. “ Carol says. “I strive daily to be that person to others,” she says.

Pierce is the dedicated resident and marketing coordinator for Meridian Property Management, embarking on his adventure with the company two years ago. His journey into real estate began with a passion for customer service and marketing where he discovered fulfillment in helping others find their perfect homes and creative exploration in marketing. 

Originally hailing from Colorado, Pierce finds solace in hiking amidst mountainous vistas and tending to his cherished house plants. He shares his life with Kristen, an online sales Director for a storage management company, and together they adore their six fur babies.

In his downtime, Pierce enjoys indulging in delicious ramen or exploring the great outdoors. Pierce's commitment to his profession and genuine love for assisting others make him a valuable asset to the Meridian team and the real estate community.
